I came to Level One by Lagree for the first time to try this workout method, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. It’s similar to Pilates, but with a much stronger emphasis on strength, control, and core engagement—and it delivers.
The instructor was fantastic: fun, motivational, patient, and very attentive to detail. They took the time to guide us through each move with care, making sure everyone felt comfortable, especially those of us who were new to the method.
What I loved most was how the class made me feel: fully focused, grounded, and challenged. It’s one of those workouts where your mind and body are both fully engaged—no distractions, just presence and effort.
