My husband worked closely with Mike Stone to custom design my engagement ring and wedding band, and both turned out absolutely perfect. He also designed his own wedding band with Mike, which came out just as amazing. We’ve brought in several pieces for repair over the years, including my grandmother’s sentimental tennis bracelet, and the care and quality have always been outstanding. I was shocked when all 3 were ready within 24 hours. Batteries replaced and completely cleaned and buffed out. They are super friendly and family owned. I believe in supporting local small businesses and Beryl & Co has gained my trust and future business.

Caitlin Dalton: If I could give zero stars, I would. I stopped in while visiting from out of state and saw a necklace that caught my eye. I explained to the jeweler that I have a severe nickel allergy and needed to be absolutely sure there was no nickel in the piece. I was assured it was solid gold, and they even showed me documentation breaking down the metal content to support their claim. Trusting what I was told, I purchased the necklace at the price of solid gold. Within just a few hours of wearing it, I broke out in a painful rash that eventually started bleeding—clearly indicating it was not what they claimed. Because I’m not local, I wasn’t able to return it right away. By the time I came back into town and tried to resolve it, they told me the return window had closed. Being misled is bad enough—but causing physical harm and then refusing to make it right, knowing full well they misrepresented the product, is completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend doing business here.
