When it finally offered the option to speak with a live agent, I jumped on it. I was connected with Sarita Poirier, who actually goes by Sara. She was a breath of fresh air. She was very knowledgable, but what stood out in my mind was how upbeat and friendly she was. Very professional but so pleasant she didnt come across as stuffy and disinterested. Made my day.
