5 /5 Amoy Guthrie: Called in several time to cancel my policy and on two attempts as soon as I mention cancel policy the call ended. Called back in to my local office and Ivette Reyes was able to turn my unfavorable experience into a positive one. She also acknowledged me as a long-standing client and asked about my reason for leaving. Thanks for your help as i do not like to leave unfavorable review. :)
