Luxor had the perfect pair of 1/2 carat diamond cluster earrings and they had EXCELLENT pricing!! Bought them on the spot. The gentleman helping me was polite, patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. Will def be my go to jewelry store from now on!!

I was not rushed or pressured at all, I had all my questions answered with detailed information and was provided premium customer service the whole visit. Luxor has a lot of options to chose from and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on some jewelry. Will definitely return in the future.

I had some reservations about not going to a big name store, but I am so glad I went with my heart. They sized it so quickly and made an adjustment to my stone after the ceremony. Ali was so great. On a separate occasion my bf took my chain to get fixed but the power was out so card payment couldnt be received. Patrick fixed it and didnt even charge him! For my boyfriends 40th birthday I decided to buy him a gold chain from his childhood jewler. I found the perfect one with their help. I had my Rottweiler deliver his chain on his chain. It was a super special gift and he absolutely loves it and where it came from.
