1 /5 L A: I had worked with Jennifer for years and she was great but apparently shes no longer there. I have an urgent issue with our homeowners insurance and I called the office several times last week but cannot reach a person, Ive left several voicemails yet no one has called back. After leaving my last vm I received a text saying they were on a call and would call me back after that call but again, heard nothing. This is the absolute worst service Ive ever had, clearly they dont care about their customers, especially when its an urgent issue.
