Sam and Ang West They barely speak English at this company and are very hard to understand. The main problem.......... My insurance company cancelled our insured due to the pipes in our house. Brightest insurance failed to even contact us regarding this matter. They sent emails to an old email account but never called or sent a letter. I only gave them 1 star because 0 is not an option.

Coming from out of state, he made me feel confident and cared for as a customer. Noah is kind, patient and communicates very well; both listening to understand and speaking to create understanding. He walked me through all the steps that I needed to be aware of and has made this big life change a little easier. I value companies that allow the employees to take their time to provide quality service that permits relationship building - it seems more than transactional. Michael Ringold Tony has been at this a while and hes good at it. When I visited he knew exactly where my little corner of Sanford was, and even was familiar with the claims history on surrounding streets. Hes also quick and efficient. I didnt get car insurance through him but I did price out homeowners insurance before visiting and his prices were very competitive.

Kristy Realtalkin The agent (Carol)at this location is skimming off the top of your quotes & payments. She over charges you especially if she knows your in a bind for insurance. She comes off nice at first but you have to watch her. Im surprised more people havent reported her or come forth about it. Why...everybody is struggling. Its called integrity & morals & making sure you keep the customers happy. I understand if the job is not paying you well but come on its no need to steal from anyone. You reap what you so & its always some that will do better. After this last time Im officially done. Im just making people aware dont take my word observe & pay attention yourselves, if she gives you a quote go & research on line or in person & see for yourself. I see it happen to one other person & I just shook my head. I cant stand a thief & I hate a liar. People work hard just like her or anybody else & if you have to steal at another persons (a paying customer at that) expense then you need to find you some additional income like the rest of us. Pay attention to your money is what im saying.

Tami Grant Ive had my auto insurance here for over 10 years. They have many insurance options to choose from and always at the best price. They review my policy annually and let me know if its still the best for me or if other options are better. I do a lot of networking so have allowed other agents that ask to compare and see what they have to offer... never found a reason to change. Laura Southgate Very unhappy with this agency. I was contacted regarding the UPC liquidation with request to call them for assistance with finding a new home insurance company. I called back Lisa Rosendahl and found her to be rude and condescending. It immediately turned me off from working with this agency to find my new insurance. The conversation was left that I would contact them back if I needed any further assistance. I found a different agent with another agency and got set up with a new insurance policy. Next thing I know I got a policy packet from a different insurance that Sunshine Agency had pushed through without my signature or agreement. We then had to work on canceling it as our escrow got pulled for 2 premiums. I am very disappointed with my experience with this company, especially as I didnt initiate contact with them. They were nothing more than a thorn in my side with this whole process.
