I am so glad I decided to do so. I came to Haven Jewelers and found Matt to be very knowledgeable, very informative and he took the time to discuss what it was I wanted. I found a stone that I liked for the same money as the chain stores, but the ring was white gold and I felt that the mount was a bit too high. He offered to put it on a yellow gold band and shorten the mount; all with no extra cost. I was so pleasantly surprised by this service offered and on top of that he was ready to do it immediately. I told him that I wasnt that rushed, but that I would be back the next morning. When I arrived to pick up the ring, it was ready and exactly as we discussed. The band was yellow gold and the mount was shorter and I was so pleased by the adjusted height.
