Karen Horne: I took my watch in for a simple battery replacement. When I returned for my watched, Im told a loose piece was on the face (and, of course, they claim it was already broken when they got it). No, it wasnt, but whatever .. why didnt they just take the loose piece out? Now its not working again (the hands are stuck). It wasnt an expensive watch, but really? A waste of time and money. Disappointed.
