2 /5 Jason Stevens: My wife and I have/had been clients here for 30 plus years making our payments like clockwork. My son was involved in an accident recently where his truck was totaled and that is where the debacle began. I was transferred around to numerous people, none of whom knew there were other State Farm reps contacting me, a complete left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing mess, and when they made their offer to me on what they would give us I knew I was in trouble and being taken advantage of. I refused their offer, which by the way is not based on any normal car resources like NADA, JD Power, Black Book etc., but on supposed comps they pull that are low ball. After not hearing back from anyone for weeks they tell us that the offer is final and that there will not be any additional money. Just for the record they are giving less than NADA trade in value on a super clean F150. The whole "like a good neighbor" marketing should be scrapped, nobody would want a neighbor who treats you like this after MANY years of being a loyal customer. I am in the car business and we get a bad reputation with the public, but I can assure you I would not and do not treat people this way or I would be out of a job with no clients. Its just a real shame that this is how they treat their customers.
