He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

From the moment we walked in, Manoj and his team made us feel welcome and completely at ease. The environment was relaxed and stress-free. We were encouraged to try on as many items as we liked, and never once felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. At one point, they even offered us a drink, which made the experience feel that much more personal and enjoyable. In the end, we walked out with exactly what we wanted, and the memory of this visit will always stay with us.
