5 /5 Laila Pagan: Have purchased several pieces of jewelry here. They are always so helpful I was surprised at the low rating. Nothing I have ever purchased has broken, but I usually buy heavier thicker pieces. They sized a necklace down to make a bracelet because I wanted a certain link and didnt have time to wait to order it. They had it ready in 1 day. Also, they offer very convenient financing if you dont want to pay everything up front 100 days same as cash. Been going to this spot for years. I do shop around other jewelry spots, and they always turn out the better deal.

Janna K: I came to the shop to fix bad workmanship from another jeweler. The lady, was very nice and tried to be helpful. Then her husband, the owner, showed up. When he took a look he immediately put on a snobby face. Making it clear it was not worth his time. He even asked his wife why she was still talking to me, while she was trying to provide at least some level of customer service. It’s okay to turn down customers, but learn how to do it gracefully. Disgusting. Another jeweler estimated over $1000 for repair. Apparently, it’s not worth of bother for this shop.

However last repair there, feel like I was charged a ridiculous amount! $180 for a soldering repair that required a stone to be removed and then returned! Should I require another repair in the future , I will take my business elsewhere.

Johna Carufel: So glad I randomly found this place. I’d received a ring for my birthday on a Monday. I was out shopping on a Wednesday and saw this shop. On a whim I decided to see if they could resize my ring. He said sure in about an hour. I was floored. 40 years ago I worked in a jewelry store and all repairs were sent out and took weeks and were costly. I went back and got my ring, read some reviews and hurried right back. It took him longer than he thought because customers kept coming in. He is clearly a trusted jeweler to those that know about him. Not a fancy jewelry store but excellent workmanship and generally nice people. I would 100% recommend this place and will send my repairs from IN to FL going forward.
