Fernando, who helped us, was incredibly attentive; he really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and worked thoughtfully within our needs and budget. He was very thorough and patient, answering all our questions and offering helpful suggestions without ever making us feel rushed.
The whole team at the store was friendly and welcoming, which made the shopping experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The store itself is clean, bright, and beautifully arranged, and all the jewelry pieces on display are stunning.
