When we went inside the emeralds were beautiful and the owners were so welcoming, friendly and informative. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but I saw an emeralds and diamonds earrings and fell in love with them. I tried them on and they were so pretty and decided to buy them. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.
