I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

5 /5 Kurt Baker: Went there to see if they could combine an old silver bracelet to an old silver necklace(same style) I had as a kid, not only did he do it in less than 5 minutes he also cleaned it for me! Will definitely use again for any future jewelry needs and would absolutely recommend.

Its probably because my wife and I are relatively young, and because my wife already knew the pendant I wanted, we walked in asking for it. But if the saleswoman had been friendlier, Im sure she would have gotten us a cross-sale. If we were in the store for 10 minutes, thats a long time. But Im glad she understood my Spanish when I told my wife the chain was short, because (in English) she said she would sell us a longer one, and we gladly bought it.

This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new.
