Additionally, he filled out the registration card which was not done when the watch was purchased from Reed’s online. He also let me try on a number of other Hamilton and Longines watches and was extremely friendly and patient. Highly recommend Reed’s jewelers.

She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.

Ashley Mikula Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

Mr. T Recently had a repair done on a chain/pendant set I’ve had for over 20 years! This is actually the original Tiger Iron dog tag. Perfect size in my opinion. I also had the chain lengthened and added a Saint Christopher’s medallion. Between Keith, Luis and Anisha I was very well taken care of! It was very enjoyable to learn about the history of some of the pieces and to see such passion from those who work with the company. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience!
