1 /5 Anthony Caspare: Midflorida used to be a good Bank. Plenty of customer service. Now. It takes forever if you go inside. And good luck if you ever need to use the ATM. Especially at the South Sebring branch. Every time I try its out of service. Makes me wonder why I stay with this bank.

1 /5 Crystal Lee: The drive through teller messed up & took $671.11 out of my account TWICE when I went for my monthly cashiers check.. Here we are 5days later & they have yet to refund my money that I work hard for due to their own mistake!!! I just keep being told it should be there by 5:00 today! Let’s not forget I’m a single mother with 3 kids and that money was for other bills I have due at this time & these people could care less!! I’ll be looking to bank else where ASAP

I went and looked at my explanation of benefits and talked with my insurance company. The said I did in fact owe it. I called to try to get it settled and Jennifer was one of the most hateful individuals I have ever dealt with. I payed the bill but she was extremely rude. Horrible Company.
