Bobby Do and Connector Carol Had a loan with B of A that had been paid off, but there were delays in getting the zero balance letter. Called this branch, was told by Charles to come in and hed help me out. Long wait, but Edwin was free and took the torch. Made a couple of calls and I walked out of there with a fax showing a zero balance. Couldnt have been better.

Ramona Rivera Needed help with my auto withdrawal for rent. The ap. I had didn’t withdraw the right amount. Susan Hodo helped me with getting it set right. She has always been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable with banking questions. She is professionable, efficient and always make everyone she deals with feel as though they are her only customers for the day. I trust her with my life!
