My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.
