1 /5 Frank and Julie Rose: Went into Mitchs today to have my wedding band resized down 1-2 sizes (we purchased it here). Mitch was the one at the counter, and while other reviews are positive, it seems they had the chance to speak with the nicer employees. Dealing with Mitch (owner) today was a different story. He was rude from the get-go. My request was simple but he made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him greatly by coming in. He interrupted me every time I spoke. I was so shocked by the whole thing all I could think to do was leave. Hes human and maybe something happened to him, but it would be better to close the shop for the day to get over it, than to start losing customers because you cant be nice. We wont be returning.

5 /5 Gina Jewell: Started out getting my watch batteries replaced there. Last year, I bought a sterling silver chain, they were able to thread it through an unique RB eagle and turquoise charm. I have two gold pinky rings that I was unable to wear (both very special from the givers), on one the stone fell out, and the other had been "squished" years ago when loading a moving van. I took in the first ring, and David gave me multi options. He was able to use gold to fill in then make a beautiful new "setting." The second ring, I recently took with me when getting a new watch battery. His associate was able to "make the ring round again." They are always reasonable in their charges as well as wonderful customer service by all. They have lot of beautiful items for sale including special estate items. Just wanted to say thanks!!!

Within 10 minutes they had everything taken care of with great prices. My wife has had several things worked on over the years and and swears by them and now I see why.

The jeweler is so rude and now, due to the awful work of making my wedding band uneven from my engagement ring, Ive had to continuous go back to have them fix errors. Its been a nightmare. And the staff doesnt care to actually help. When paying a jeweler to create you a ring, you would expect it to be even and matching. Not this place. If you want rude service and crappy work, go try it for yourself. Ill be taking my wedding band to a different place to have them melt this crap down and redone the right way. Dont go here. They dont deserve your business
