1 /5 Suzanne Meinke: I had a very poor experience with Morgan and Morgan. I trusted their adds promising all false truths. I have spent the last 7 months in extreme pain and the service I received and settlement was $888. This is not enough to cover the 2 surgeries I need. The only correspondence I received was initiated by myself. My case manager, Dawn Sigman was brash and uncaring. She showed no empathy and should not be working with injured clients. I had minimal contact with my lawyer Skylar. She was kind. The most helpful person was Stephanie, who arranged payment. She responded to me in a timely manner. I would definitely not recommend Morgan and Morgan. I did call to speak with John Morgan and Ultima Morgan to express my displeasure with the service, but I pushed off to a Customer service manager. I believe that the 25%(reduced from 33%) should not be paid to the lawyer(who I spoke to 2 times that were both were both initiated by myself). I believe I should receive those funds. Please restore my faith in your company by doing the right thing.
