1 /5 Lea C: If their employee is rude to you or speaks to you like you’re a child or talks to you in a very demeaning manner, and you speak up and talk to them about it just know that they will protect and value them over customers who need help! I found that to be unprofessional and absolutely wrongful. Really wish the attorney they assigned to me was respectful and decent but he wasn’t. I brought it up to them and they decided after I told them how uncomfortable he made me & I told them I didn’t want to work with him they didn’t refer me to another attorney within their network no, they basically said you’re on your own and referred me to fl bar. Never ever again.

3 /5 Karen Wolf: Its been a challenge with all the doctors and dealing with pain . The team just changed my caseworker. I hope to be getting my glasses replaced soon. I also need doc for blunt trauma chest pain from the airbag hitting my face and chest. I was the passenger in tan car. Very hurt.
