5 /5 John Canter: After phoning all over SW Florida in search of a bezel with bale to fit a rare and unusual Liberian coin that I have, I contacted the Naples Coin & Jewelry. A most considerate gentleman took my call and asked if I would please phone back the following morning as he was in the process of closing down the shop (it was 4:00PM) but took down my information and indicated that he thought he might indeed have my long-sought-after piece of jewelry in stock.
I did, as requested, phone shortly after opening hours the next morning and was greeted by the same warmth and hospitality. The jeweler had remembered my previous call and had searched, and found in his inventory, the exceptionally rare exact item that I had been seeking.
Later that morning, I drove to Naples and entered his shop. I was greeted by the proprietors wife, who was as warm and welcoming as her husband had been.
The owner came out from the back, showed me the bezel with bale, and soon had my coin ensconced in its new surround.
During my time in the shop, I found both the owner and his wife to be kind, considerate, and personable ... and dedicated to exceeding my expectations. All in all, a most wonderful transaction with great people enabling my memorable find!
