Jackie Wesner in particular has been directly responsible for enabling me to significantly reduce my automobile and homeowner’s insurance premiums. Although there are several State Farm offices/agents located closer to my home address, I highly recommend Mr. Herring’s office staff because of the professionalism and personalized service that they are able to provide. Peter Masterson: I would not recommend working with TopLine to anyone I care about. We went through this company when purchasing our second home, and they (we confirmed with Citizens) never gave the insurer the proper documents, and let our policy cancel just 16 days after closing. The most awful part here - was that they never let ANYONE know! Not us, not our mortgage lender - no word at all. This cuased us to go over 12 months with no coverage at all (thank god nothing happened during that time) and caused us to get a Lenders Placed Insurance policy that hit our escrow for literally 2.5x the amount of what we booked through TopLine. On top of this, getting new coverage has been anightmare because most lenders wont insure you if your most recent coverage was through a LPI. Our escrow has now gone over $3k in the negative, our monthly mortgage has increased by $600, and TopLine admitted that they completely dropped the ball - and openly denied wanting to help financially correct the mistake at all. All documents and timestamps confirmed.
