No one has responded to my many requests for proof that a check was even issued and cashed

Denver Wells: Mr. Collins started as a great agent, meeting my needs. However he soon turned into a non-communicative figure with no customer service skills. Mr. Collins would not answer my calls, texts, or emails. The last time he spoke with me was after months of emails and calls and finally calling Goosehead to lodge a complaint against Mr Collins. Unfortunately this was not the first time I had to take extra measures to discuss my insurance plans with my insurance agent. I do not recommend working with Mr. Collins, you may end up getting ghosted once he has you locked in. The agency as a whole has very little in the way of customer service skills.

A Rehman: I needed commercial insurance as the landlord needed to give me the premises. I called them based on a recommendation. Ms. Cindy worked late on more than 1 day trying to figure out my insurance needs and help us get the keys on a late late friday afternoon going into the evening so the landlord gets the policy and we get the keys over the weekend to get remodelling going for the clinic. I was very very impressed by their work ethic, attention to details for the client, and just their input on the lease terms and my contractual safety. They of course didnt give legal advise but discussed what typical leases say and what this lease was saying comparatively. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. Thank you Newton Young & Ms. Cindy. Great/best experience.
