I recently tried OASIS Fit and while I really appreciated the convenient location and the great equipment, I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with their staff.
I had a six month membership and after four months they made a slight change to their morning schedule, which really impacted my daily routine. I approached them kindly to see if, instead of paying a cancellation fee, I could switch to a different package and remain a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I was passed from one staff member to another without any real resolution. Each time, I was met with vague responses and no actual help. Eventually, when the manager did reach out, it was too late I had already canceled my membership because I felt there was no real willingness to cooperate or find a solution.
I understand that policies are policies, and I wasn’t trying to avoid paying a fee I was simply hoping to reinvest that amount into another package so I could remain a customer. The lack of helpfulness left a sour taste, and I’m disappointed that I can’t recommend them based on this experience. I brought so many friends there such a shame.
