We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. I dropped it off at 10am and before noon they were calling me to pick it up because it was done. It looked amazing. Quick, friendly and beautiful work. I will definitely use them again. 1 /5 Sue Levenseller: I sold my gold jewelry to him that had small diamond in a necklace and engagement ring with small diamond that was 60 years old. Never returned the diamonds to me. Said I did not ask for them and sometimes the diamonds break when he removes them. I am still in shock as the diamond that was over 60 years old was from my deceased husband and had planned on having something made with it later on.

She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

Doug is The guy that I talk with and he’s very very knowledgeable. Actually everybody here is it’s a family run Jeweler and they can build anything you want custom or repaired or buying new. They’ve got a ton of inventory and they’re very good at what they do so if you’re looking to have something done, come down and see Doug at Gold, galore, custom jewelry store.

David Phelps: Smooth transaction. I drove 1.5 hours each way to do business with Vermillion. When selling to most shops, you feel like you’re in a pawn shop and have to negotiate. Not here. Everything is extremely transparent. I love the fact that I knew how much I was going to get before I walked in the door as they post daily videos going over their premiums. They are truly capitalized for any purchase. They also have a great selection of pre-33 gold as well as silver collectibles in their showcases. I will obviously continue to do business with Vermillion Enterprises.
