They are truly pros in their fields, committed to true health at any age and any stage, but beyond that, their knowledge of anatomy, ability to troubleshoot form, give quality advisement, and truly improve your overall strength, stability and mobility is remarkable. Definitely recommend!

The classes are fun, easy to follow, while being challenging in the best way! I have on scale victories but my off scale victories are my favorite, I’m more confident, my mood is better, and I’ve fallen in love with fitness again. The trainers are motivating and always there to help with form and modifications. The sense of community here makes it easier to stay accountable. I also love how they have screens showing the exercises, which makes it easy to follow along even if you’re new. Highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and dynamic setting.

    Paul Canavan: Exercise machines in gym is old and not very safe most of them. I did not play the tennis courts. They appeared well maintained and were busy. Overall the gym needs an overhaul. The location to the beautiful beach is great. The suite itself was nice, except that the dish washer did not work. The person at the front desk of the managing company was not helpful. She advised that we had to pay for a tv representative to come out since we used streaming, the problem was is the incorrect tv control was provided as the correct one was stored in the kitchen cupboard. She was not helpful. You will have to supply all your own paper products except the starting supply. I never had to do that prior to this.housekeeping was very helpful, Sterling and his wife were excellent. Would I stay here again, yes. I now know what to expect.

    Brenda Turner: My experience with Pilates club in Saint Augustine was very positive. The place was clean. The instructor was very thorough. It was a great workout. Unfortunately for myself I have a titanium elbow and I just could not do a lot of of those Pilates moves. I wish you a great success here because I think a lot of women would benefit from coming to your club. Thank you

Since starting my training with Josh Ive dropped from a size 12 to 6/8 and and have kept it off (Yay!), my friends comment about how much more energetic I am, my brain fog has disappeared and Im in the best condition of my life! Josh has a passion for helping people and it shows whether youre a personal training client or attending classes. And, I love coming into the gym! Its a warm, friendly with lots of encouragement environment. Clients and trainers are all super nice, no judgement here!
