Sabrina Jarosz: Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The facility is always super clean and well taken care of, which makes it such a welcoming place to train. The coaches here are truly amazing! My coach Thalia went above and beyond to help me prepare for and finally pass my firefighter CPAT after I had been struggling with it. It wasn’t just the physical training.. she helped me overcome the mental hurdles that were holding me back, and I’ll always be grateful for that support. Coach Chad is very knowledgeable and someone you can always ask for help no matter what and he will guide you in the right direction. Sedulous has really become my second home. The community is so friendly and encouraging, and the recovery options like the sauna and ice bath are incredible—it makes the experience complete. I can’t recommend this place enough! 10/10

firedott: Hands down, the best gym I have ever been at. Great variety of equipment. Massage chairs. A large space. 8 power racks. Yes: 8. Price to benefit ratio here is very high. Theres even a theater, where you can watch a movie while doing some cardio. And if youre up for it, you can take a class with an instructor. And theres a whole variety of classes available. Amazing staff. Always friendly and helpful. Clean equipment and overall a clean facility. Oh, and theres a sauna and a pool. What more can you ask for? The membership prices are amazing. Very affordable. I cant say it enough: best gym ever! You will be amazed.

Neil Parsont: Lifetime Fitness positions itself as a high-end luxury gym. However, its current state is anything but reflective of that experience, both visually and in terms of customer service. Right now, the gym is under heavy construction, both inside and outside the building. This work has been ongoing for months with no compensation or courtesy discount to members. Recently, a gas line break caused a full-week shutdown of the entire club. Members were offered a one-week credit toward their next bill - nothing more. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with both the local club and the corporate office. I explained my frustration with paying full price while the club was under significant construction and was told by in club staff: “Other members pay more than you.” When I asked to speak to a manager, I was offered the option to email her and was basically told, by implication, that nothing much would be done. Calling corporate was just as unproductive. I was told I had the option of freezing my membership — which would mean paying around $35 a month to hold my spot with no access — or continuing to pay full price to access the premises, regardless of the construction. Quite frankly, I find it appalling to be treated this way and that Lifetime does not seem to care about the customer experience. I am looking for another gym and will not be returning. If you want to pay over $200 a month to walk into a construction site, be my guest. Not my cup of tea.

Michele Patrone: I’ve lived in Boca for 4 years and FINALLY found my “gym home”. The workouts are well thought out, challenging and you are able to modify at your own pace. Wade the owner is amazing. He’s not a sales guy and genuinely cares about all his members. He gets to know you, gives suggestions, pushes you (even when you don’t think you can do anymore) and has a positive, wonderful attitude. The Evolution community is truly like a big family and I’ve been embraced with open arms. Everyone introduces themselves, smiles, not pretentious. As you can see, I’m very happy with my choice. My son became a member also!!
