5 /5 L P: Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!

They were extremely knowledgeable on the different bracelets I was interested in and made my experience shopping there amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was interested in getting a gift for a loved one. Definitely FIVE STARS……

1 /5 Cassandra Vieira: I came in to ask about bracelet balancers because I was told at another location having one on each clip of the bracelets kept the health of the bracelet. When I asked about what they had available, the associate should be 5 but when I identified ones I had bought in the past as balancers, I received “Oh yeah that’s one too.” That shows she want very well versed in her merchandise. When I asked if having only one balancer would negatively affect the bracelet, she responded “What do you mean?”. I repeated my question and added I currently had one balancer and 1 charm, how would affect the bracelet. The response was short “It won’t.” as she seemed frustrated from doing her job. The whole experience made me not want to purchase anything at this location. I will go somewhere else.
