5 /5 Robbin Taylor: This has been my primary bank for almost 10 years but I’m about ready to switch to another credit union. This new update is terrible. I can’t send money to a new e-mail or phone number through Zelle until they approve it..that’s ridiculous. A few weeks ago they also printed my new debit card incorrectly and I could not set a pin or use it and had to come back in to get another printed… again this is my primary bank so I didn’t have access to my money for hours. You call and they make you wait hours for a call back to speak with their “debit card” department. I think I’ll be going over to Tyndall or Innovations due to all the technical issues this bank has and dumb security measures.
Update: PCU reached out to me and corrected the issue. The customer service from Keith Herrick and Shannon Williams was great. I am now able to send money as I please without restrictions. Thank you again!
