5 /5 Jay Lytle: My wife had an Opal ring with a crack in the Opal. We went to two Naples jewelers who looked at it and offered no solutions…very frustrating. We found Paume Jewelry and went in only to realize the store was brand new. He looked at the ring and said he could provide a new Opal from his sources in Chicago, New York and Miami. A week latter he provided us with a choice of Opals and promised it would be finished by Valentines Day which we picked up today. My wife is thrilled. The owner Robert is a jeweler, and does the work himself. He has a beautiful and tasteful collection of jewelry.

I informed them of the scam and they ignored it. *to owner’s answer: I emailed you to let you know that you are selling a fake watch and you ignored it! This says datejust but datejust does not have a day of the week window. As a courtesy I offered you a chance to correct it and you ignored it, which means this was a malicious intent to defraud and not an accident. Get off your high horse and sell only authentic.
