    Jordan Caulk: I’ve already posted this review to the other Yamron store location nearby but am posting this again as they are the same company: They literally wiped away over 100 years of my family’s history. Two years ago I gave my now wife an engagement ring that was passed down from my German great grandmother. On the interior of the ring was written my grandmother’s wedding date, her and my grandfather’s initials, and a few bits of text. I had it resized by this jeweler however I made the mistake of forgetting to check their work. When I went to get the text restored for our two year anniversary I realized that that in resizing the ring they had somehow removed most of the text. My father can’t remember his grandfather’s name as he passed away before my father was born and he doesn’t remember what the text in the ring was supposed to say as it was written in 1918. As a gift to my wife I’m attempting to have the ring restored by a different jeweler however the message passed down from my great grandparents is unfortunately lost due to an oversight. I would be very careful in who you trust with your prized possessions and clearly I will not be returning.

Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

    ScareCrow1255 gaming: I went to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, FL to find something for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Things werent looking so good as I noticed that 2 major jewelry stores had shut down. Just as I was planning to leave, I see this kiosk near the food court called "Unique Gold & Silver" and decide to see what they had. Lemme tell you, his selection and quality were second to none!! This aint no Piercing Pagoda, this was real deal stuff. 10k,14k...etc. Needless to say, I got my wife the perfect necklace at a reasonable price. She loves it!!! I was so impressed with the service as well. I had no idea what to get my wife but the guy who helped me, clearly knows his stuff and more or less can tell you what to get a person just based on little tidbits of info about that person. Its pretty amazing actually but hes clearly been doing this for a while based on his knowledge of jewelry.

    S: Adorable jewelry but really questionable quality, unfortunately. For $28 PER CHARM, I would expect thoughtful design, quality materials, and solid construction. Instead, I got a charm bracelet (as a gift) that broke within 5 wears. Really disappointed, especially after all the "handmade in America will quality materials" nonsense.

Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy.
