5 /5 rj richards: Sam was genuinely caring & respectful in all ways in handling my case. We filed a chp13 that initially help me save my home & start again. I realized I had made the debts in good faith to pay back but due to the economic downturn, I was not able. Sam was very straight forward in what my options were concerning my situation. He laid them out, all the while advising & guiding me on what he felt best under the circumstances. Ultimately allowing me to make the final decision which route to go. Being a widow I felt treated with the upmost respect & dignity.
He was available throughout my entire 5yr plan & still today. I have completed the full plan & discharged.
