1 /5 Blitz Dim: After 2 prior not great visits, I decided to go back a 3rd time since I didn’t know where else to go. I needed a stone replaced in a sterling silver ring and wanted to design a necklace from an old one I have. The older lady (not the owner) could not have been more unfriendly. She said we have to build up the prongs and gold is expensive. I said the ring is not gold-she pulled out her loop like I was lying then gave me a ridiculous price. As for my necklace, I showed them what I had and what I wanted. They took my information and said give us a few days for an estimate. It’s been over 3 weeks and never heard. Luckily someone told me about Robert’s Jewelry store. Got both items back today and the stone replacement was LESS than half price! If you want something done right, go to Robert’s!
