alexa novo The best piercing place in Tallahassee! I was pierced by Moss, and I loved the experience. I was hesitant about the piercing I was getting, but Moss was very knowledgeable and talked me through the different jewelry options so that I would be satisfied with the result. They were very kind and explained every step thoroughly so that I was prepared for my piercing, which I now love! The shop overall has a comfortable atmosphere, and was very clean. I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Highly recommend!

Gracelin We were recommended this place by some friends who bought their engagement ring here! We were nervous about buying a ring at any place since some places only care about the commission of how much money they can make off people and they rush you through the choices. This was the exact opposite experience. Amanda was so patient and amazing with us. I didn’t know exactly what we wanted but she explained and provided expert advice and options to help us choose. It felt both personal and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience and are so thankful to her and the Tallahassee Diamond Center!

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!

Blitz Dim After 2 prior not great visits, I decided to go back a 3rd time since I didn’t know where else to go. I needed a stone replaced in a sterling silver ring and wanted to design a necklace from an old one I have. The older lady (not the owner) could not have been more unfriendly. She said we have to build up the prongs and gold is expensive. I said the ring is not gold-she pulled out her loop like I was lying then gave me a ridiculous price. As for my necklace, I showed them what I had and what I wanted. They took my information and said give us a few days for an estimate. It’s been over 3 weeks and never heard. Luckily someone told me about Robert’s Jewelry store. Got both items back today and the stone replacement was LESS than half price! If you want something done right, go to Robert’s!
