5 /5 Jennifer Faulstick: Great place for me, I go different hours during the day and don’t have any issues with it being too crowded. Small and friendly atmosphere, perfect for my needs as I learn to navigate the gym. Has mostly everything I need and has been helping me overcome my anxiety working out in public. Also cleaner than others in the area. Womens locker room is always well kept.

1 /5 William Cravey: It’s a nice gym but you better read the fine print on the contract because they will auto draft your card/account. If you want to cancel, you have to provide written notice and pay $100 to cancel for them to “approve”. If you don’t do it this way, they will send you a letter from their attorney to collect the total past due amount, not just from the last day you stopped going. Owners are crooks.

1 /5 Sara Simmons: Cant not recommend this gym enough. The staff was incredibly rude and bizarre - I had difficulty using the scanner and instead of explaining to me how to use it the owner grabbed my hand without saying a word and psychically manipulated my hand in order to scan it. I pulled back out of surprise and said you didnt need to do that, and instead of apologizing or acknowledging my presence at all he just walked away. The steam room was a huge draw for me signing up but it smelled absolutely horrible. I found the entire gym to be rather dirty. All in all every time I went I was kicking myself for not doing a deeper dive on the reviews and picking somewhere else.

5 /5 Dallas Cyr: Really enjoy this gym. Great facility. People are all nice. Clean, organized and well maintained. If I was local I would definitely be a member but it was nice to find a such a great gym while traveling.

Janine Evans: I love this studio and drive 45 minutes to take class here. It’s the only hot studio I can find closest to me and the only studio with plenty of younger folks that keep me motivated. Classes I take near me are filled with old folks who moan and groan after any physical challenge given to them which is totally ridiculous. The classroom at ONE Hot Studio is a good size, dimmed lights, good music and Excellent teachers. The teachers know what they are doing, teach with rhythm, give timely cues and are helpful with educated one on one placement corrections. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy attending class here!

luke masciarelli: Great training, I really enjoyed the mix of high intensity exercises, cardio, and functional training. Also enjoyed how exercises were mixed up to not become boring. Good for those with busy schedules and not much time to workout, or those who train hard regularly. Good for all ages and skill levels as well. Last but not least the instructors and atmosphere is awesome, very friendly and willing to help. I definitely recommend!!

Rick Woods: I submitted an online application for a free trial and visited the facility on October 2 around 4:15 pm. Upon my arrival, there were no employees visible, and I waited for approximately 11 minutes until two male employees emerged from the back. I explained the purpose of my visit, but instead of allowing me to experience the gym as part of the trial, they began discussing membership options. While this was acceptable, my initial intention was to tour and test the gym. The employees seemed to lack information and informed me that cash sales for memberships were not an option. I expressed my desire to obtain multiple memberships after the trial, but they stated that it was not possible for me to sign up my family members. I found this policy unhelpful, as some individuals work out of town during the week and would prefer to use their own payment methods. I left and returned the following day at the same time. One of the employees was at the front, and when I inquired about the manager, he mentioned that the manager is rarely present. I asked how I could reach the manager, and he provided me with a business card for her. I also requested contact information for the owner, but I was told that he did not know who the owner was and that I would need to use the information on the business card. At that point, I chose to leave, concluding that it was not worth my time, as it appeared the employees were not concerned about acquiring new memberships.

M Garth: We attended a birthday party at Balcony Sports. My 4 year old loved running around playing on the tramp, foam pit and large mats. They had steps in the bathroom so she can reach. And the little party room was perfect. The staff decorated, cut the cake and cleaned everything up. My daughter didn’t want to leave. They even had an awesome playground out front. My daughter has told me several times she wants to come back.
