I needed my bracelet resized and had previously checked with another business, who quoted me a much higher price and a much longer turnaround time. However, Portier Jewelers exceeded all my expectations—offering the service at a fraction of the cost and completing it within minutes. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient. Their quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. I was beyond pleased with their service, and if I ever need anything in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to them first. Highly recommend!

My Tiffany&Co. sunglasses couldn’t be in better hands, (and the price was right!) Thank you sooo much for fixing my most loved sunglasses, after I thought they were 3V, (Vat Vas, Vas...) forever! Anytime I have to fix an expensive piece of jewelry or accessory, I’m bringing it to Portier Jewelers at Festival Flea Market Mall! Thank you sooooo much!

3 /5 Eduardo L: Took my fiancé there to resize her engagement ring. They tried to resize it a few times not getting it right. The blond lady was treating my fiancé like a child, telling her to wear it anyways, just wanting to get it over with; not listening to her while she was obviously unhappy with the size. We paid and went to a different Jeweler at the same mall where they treated her the best way. We learned that the size wasn’t even accurate to what they told us. They got it resized correctly and my woman was happy.
