1 /5 WAGUIH R. BOUTROS: Stay Away – Defective Product and Zero Accountability
I purchased a bracelet for $1,360 and discovered it was defective shortly after. I returned to the store with clear, time-stamped photos taken inside the store on the day of purchase, proving the issue.
Despite the evidence, I was told all sales are final and was offered only scrap gold value for the return then asked to pay full price for a replacement when back in stock. Completely unacceptable for a high-end item.
“Final sale” should never apply to defective merchandise. The store takes no responsibility and provides terrible customer service.
