As soon as I said what I was looking for, Jessica helped me choose the perfect chain and even suggested adding a charm which I never thought to do with a ring and it turned out so cute! I love it and will be back for more jewelry!

1 /5 Andrea Kalogeras: A few months ago my friend took me here to get a permanent bracelet as a birthday gift. The girl who helped us was extremely nice and mentioned to us that if anything happened we could come back and they would reattach the chain for free. I recently went back after one of the links broke and they tried to charge me for it even after I told them that I had bought the chain there and showed them that it was the exact same chain as the one on display. I was thinking about getting a necklace because of how much I liked the bracelet but I think I’ll find another store for that. Update: I completely understand the receipt issue. And please don’t try to lie to me about her losing the receipt, I was there when I got the chain put on and the girl who did the initial work never gave us one. My main issue and the reason I gave one star was because of how rudely I was treated while I was at the booth. The worker was on her phone during the whole exchange and the entire time I was there I was treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer. If reviews are so important to your small business, then it’s also fair to assume that in-person customer service is as well. I’m not the only person who has left a bad review about being treated rudely at your shop. Perhaps do an internal review before you come after those who are justifiably dissatisfied with how your staff treated them.

5 /5 Celia S: I just want to start by saying the manager of this place is by far the sweetest lady! Hands down! I called her around 7pm and told her I wanted an anklet. She asked what location? (I had no idea they had multiple locations). I asked what was closer to St. Pete. When she told me Clearwater, she said shed call the lady and tell her to wait for me to get there. I was shocked! I told her that was okay, no one had to wait for me. She said dont worry about us we will wait for you. Thats the best customer service Ive ever had! The lady who put my anklet on was just as wonderful. She was smiling and genuinely happy the whole time. She was about to close but didnt rush me at all. Showed me all the chains, tried them on my wrist and made sure I really loved it before I picked it. Went over the warranty with me before I left. She even gave my boyfriend and I lollipops! Dont believe the nasty reviews. Probably people just being bitter. This business is hands down WONDERFUL!

1 /5 Athenia Camacho: Not gonna lie I’m a little disappointed I went to the Brandon mall location I had a little moon charm on my bracelet I paid $123.00 total about a month or two ago and my moon charm got pulled onto something so I went in to see if they can bend the charm back well when the girl went to bend the little moon charm back one of the diamonds broke off the moon and she put a new one on without telling me it was going to be another $30.00 well at the moment I didn’t have $30.00 on me not expecting I was gonna have to repay being the charm broke long story I had her remove the charm and now I have no charm was disappointed not gonna lie
