The treatment toward Hispanic clients is unacceptable, and the Spanish-speaking service was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is shameful that in this day and age, such disregard and lack of respect still exist.
Your staff is clearly untrained and lacks even the most basic sense of customer service. The disorganization, arrogant attitudes, and complete lack of empathy make this one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
And let’s not even talk about the outrageous, unclear estimates—a total lack of transparency that only creates more mistrust. Instead of offering support, your company adds to people’s stress and frustration.
You seriously need to clean house from the ground up, because what you currently offer is not a service—it’s an insult.
Extremely disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend your business.
