Christian Devinny Progressive Insurance did not protect their corporate image when i called in and explained how COPELAND insurance poorly handled rewriting and discounting my policy with errors in spelling and my payment information which resulted in an unexpected cancellation. Copeland insurance refused to admit an errors, or try to correct them and my payment went UP by $40 instead of down. Progressive Insurance Corporate should have made the corrections and at the very least provided me with a rate EQUAL to what i had been paying, not more. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism all around. Now i have to search for another provider.

TT NoNo I have had for years, never had to make a claim so idk about people being rude. But I can tell you they absolutely take advantage of someone in a bad situation. Omw to work got a flat tire called my insurance company for road side help. I have a full size spare so the person just needs to change the tire out. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. 100$ to spend 6 minutes changing a tire. As a huge corporate you SHOULD be ashamed of that.

Most were inept and lacked communication skills (didnt know what they were doing and NEVER returned your call). Then we found Jill. Tuleah Johnson I keep asking them to stop calling me the young man kept asking for my information ignoring my request i asked at least 10 times for him to get off of my phone he was very sarcastic, i asked for a supervisor and acts if he put me on hold and then comes back saying he is the supervisor! Very very unprofessional and i would never use Family First for anything....

Eugene G Terrible Experience – Avoid This Broker! I had a very unpleasant experience with Cariana Luzardo from the Cape Coral Geico insurance office. She initially sent me several quotes, and I responded to the one I wanted, asking her to proceed with binding the policy. She collected my credit card information, but when I received the confirmation email, the policy limits were lower than what I requested, and the price was over $200 more than quoted. When I called her to fix the issue, she became argumentative, insisted it was my fault, and then rudely hung up on me. I dont understand how difficult it is to simply take the quote I approved and turn it into a policy—let alone why the price changed so drastically. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of professionalism was unacceptable. I strongly recommend finding another broker to work with—this one is both incompetent and dishonest.

Mary jo Landers I currently hold homeowners insurance with a different company for the past 6 years. I received my renewal and the policy went up over $1,000. Keep in mind I have never put in a claim in all the years that Ive owned a home which is about 40 years. My boss recommended Brightway so I gave them a call. I had the pleasure of speaking with Victor who was extremely professional, genuine and wanted to help me. He was able to get me insurance at half the cost and this policy included flood insurance which my previous one did not. I note from reading the reviews that apparently, there are people who have confused Edison Insurance Group with another entity that has a similar name. I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. Rick Starr I received a quote from Edison Insurance and purchased a policy from them pending an inspection of my home. I was told that several roof shingles needed to be replaced or the policy would be cancelled. Huh? No problem. I hired a local roofing company to make any repairs they deemed necessary. $700 later I am informed by Edison that unless I replace the ENTIRE roof, they are going to cancel my policy. It seems to me that they are in the business of CANCELLING insurance policies because any communication with them includes a threat of policy cancellation, even when you follow their instructions. The local roofing company stood by their services and issued me a letter stating that my roof would last at least three more years, but Edison Insurance cancelled my policy because I refused to throw away a $700 repair by replacing a roof after they originally said it only needed a repair. Im probably better off. Im sure the next letter would have stated that unless I have my entire house rebuilt my policy would be cancelled.

I never received a call back with any quote prices. I called them because I was referred however I see that they clearly dont value referrals or customer service.
