Johnson: It’s accessible to a wide range of bodies, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous injuries - there are modifications for everything to make it more or less challenging. I continued classes throughout my pregnancy and after birth recovery, and the workouts not only strengthened my body but also helped it heal. The variety of classes is also nice, catering to weight lovers, cardio fanatics, and active stretchers. Though I’m local to TLH, I’ve taken Pure Barre classes all over the country when I travel for work and there’s a key factor that unites them: a supportive, welcoming, non-judgmental community. I’m grateful to have found Pure Barre (especially our awesome TLH studios!) and am addicted for life!
