5 /5 Jahi Smith: Awesome gym! Old school power lifting swag with newer equipment. Best of both worlds. Owners are friendly and very welcoming. I felt at home immediately. Its a no-nonsense, put in the work kinda gym while at the same time having an awesome atmosphere with very cool people. AND they have a kids room in case you need to bring little one with you while you workout. Bravo! Highly recommend.

5 /5 Brother Hurricane: Found this spot on Google and the rave reviews were enough to have me check it out. I saw on IG to reach out to the owner to drop in. Stephen made everything so easy and was very warm and welcoming. You can tell the owners are very passionate about bodybuilding and planting a flag of a true gym mecca in FL. The place itself had everything I needed for the day. The folk here represent a great vibe (Train Hard, Live Well). Im so glad to have found this place and look forward to coming back when I return to the area!

I discovered this place through a friend whos also an experienced lifter, and it has truly helped me become the best version of myself. The gym just keeps getting better! Steve, Alicia and their staff are attentive to the members needs and treat everyone with fairness and respect. My wife joined shortly after I did, and she finally feels at home in a gym—shes never truly enjoyed the gym experience until now. Keep up the great work, go HOGZ!

5 /5 Becky Sexton Metz: I joined Renfrew’s House of Gainz in the fall of 2023 after a large weight loss. A friend recommended the gym to me and I knew I had to get into a workout routine in order to keep the weight off long-term. This gym truly motivates me each and every day to stay healthy. I weight train 5 days a week and have become much more muscular & toned. I am happy in my own skin for the first time in a very long time. Also, my overall health & wellbeing is the best it has ever been. Steve and Alisha, the owners are so awesome. Their energy, positivity and fun personalities are qualities that are hard to find in Vero Beach. I was born and raised in this town and have attended many gyms. No other gym in Vero compares to the motivating atmosphere and elite strength training program that this gym has. It has become a place that I call home and I plan on being here forever. I love it so much and we are so lucky to have this gym in Vero. Come give it a try, you will love all the friendly faces and everything the gym has to offer.
