Colton Heier: Used to Be Great – Now It’s Just Overcrowded and Inconsistent When Crunch Parrish first opened, it was a solid gym – clean, friendly, and well-managed. Unfortunately, it’s gone way downhill. No matter what time of day you go, the place is always packed. You’ll spend more time circling the parking lot than actually working out. There’s literally never a spot available, and sometimes you’re forced to park far away or just leave altogether. Inside, the staff is hit or miss. I usually bring a guest with me, and their ID policy is completely inconsistent. Some days they ask to hold it, other days they don’t. One staff member even told us, “We don’t take IDs anymore,” so we stopped bringing them – only to be asked for them again two days later. When we mentioned the confusion, the response was rude and snappy. It’s frustrating and not worth the hassle. There are better, more organized gyms in the area. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless things seriously improve.

Marisol Garcia: I’m one to shy away from anything “exercise”. This little place opened up just a short time ago- just 1.8 miles from my home. I took a free class and paid for 1 class to make sure this was for me. Well yours truly has completed 1 month and did a 3 month membership. It’s for all ages, shapes, unisex, and physically challenged! The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean and orderly. They have at least 3 different beginner classes and I’ve been taking classes with different instructors learning each of their styles ( I get bored easily). The APP to book classes is easy. I committed 2 classes a week and with back issues- this has helped tremendously! They still offer free 1 class so take a chance. PS just need to Pilate socks !

The group classes are the extra accountability and push Ive been looking for to get back into the gym and to stick to a routine.
