1 /5 Tony Robinson: If I could give zero stars I would. I took my Breitling time piece in for repair reluctantly because of the cloudiness inside the watch. Water got in somehow and I was aware of this. The watch still operated perfectly but the display would get cloudy on random days with no consistency.
The owner and I haggled on the price of the repair which settled at about $1,000. Worst mistake ever!!!!!!! My watch was repaired, and in worst shape the moment I received it back. I brought it back because the watch would no longer keep time longer than 12 - 15 hours, even while wearing it. Madison Jewelers has a Jeweler that supposedly has been a jeweler for 30 years but has had to repair my watch 11 times over the past year. Charan was asked multiple times for pictures showing me the inside of the watch showing me what was repaired. He refused. However, he was willing to show pictures of what was damaged before the repair!
The final result for not being able to get the watch to function as it did prior to the first repair was to tell me the parts are not available. My watch has since then, had a knob fall off the top right and the winder feels like it will fall off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
