The Seniors class is exceptionally welcoming and challenging for older people who are looking to get moving and increase their fitness level. No matter where youre starting, you can be challenged in that class, and feel safe at the same time.

5 /5 Michael Lechner: Very fun workout. Won the sweat test and did a workout which challenged me more than usual. The staff were very energetic, enthusiastic, and fun. Treadmills are super cool to run on and high quality (I’ve ran on many). Highly recommend. I’ll be back 4 sure to try the VO2 test!

Taylor Chouinard: Been training here since March and really love the whole setup. Mark is a great trainer - knows his stuff and keeps things interesting! The monthly check-ins and goal setting are great, and Im seeing real results. Love the programming with constant changes to keep things fresh. The app makes everything easy to track too. Im fairly new to personal training - tried it briefly a couple years ago but this has been a much better experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering personal training.

Kia: I’ve been coming here for about 2.5 years. There hadn’t been a day in those 2.5 years where I couldn’t get my full set done because the machines were all taken. It’s usually full from 4-6pm, but again, never a problem for me. The app is also good at letting you know how many people are in them gym at any given time. Probably doesn’t range high that’s 20-25 people every time I’ve come. I do training sessions with Adam 6x times a month and his flexibility and expansive knowledge helps change up my routine. Whether it’s training for a 5k, toning, heavy lifting, Adam can mix it up. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to join q gym that isn’t a queueing line for machines.

I have had many trainers before but I feel like he is the best I’ve had and has focused on the things I told him I wanted to prioritize and work. He combines a very well thought out routine of compound movements and accessory movements that complement each other so well that I get stronger noticeably every week. The saunas, cold plunges and gym area are really nice as well and very clean. Would recommend this gym for any person in any level of fitness.

Will, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and immediately understood what I needed. He paired me with Roosevelt — a former NFL player and easily the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. In just two weeks, my body noticeably improved. He trains every muscle with intention and even guides my daily nutrition. Outstanding experience all around! Everybody ask for Will and Roosevelt when you join!

This location you feel comfortable to come and work out and there’s no pressure of people watching or making you feel uncomfortable and the employees are absolutely super friendly. Best customer service ever the massage chair the tanning bed and all the equipment is up to par and up-to-date I definitely recommend this location if you want a good gym to come out

Never too crowded in the evenings, most machines are usually available when I need them. The guy managing is also really nice and seems to genuinely care about the space.
