    Jessica Arteaga: My account was unknowingly sold to this finance company , I was supposed to recieve a phone call to update my information with this new company that was selected for me without my knowledge; upon speaking with a representative I was not very happy . Never once was i offered my account number so that I could use the online portal to make a payment, the customer service representative was very rude, she refused to process a payment over the phone after I gave her my card details , I was then informed that I would be charged a $6.00 LLC processing fee on top of my car payment before she hung up on me. The representative I spoke with was of foreign decent and not very thorough on anything except her attitude. I highly doubt I will ever make one payment with this company. What happened to America? Such a disgusting feeling.

    SuperCub Rider: Avoid this financial institution like the plague. No better than any multi-national banking corporation. Nickel and dime you to death, no real customer service to speak of. It may seem tempting to use this bank if you are a county employee. Its not the money, its the time, aggravation and frustration dealing with these people. Doesnt matter if you have $100k or $10 in your account, youre going to be disregarded in the same manner.

    Angela Logan: Reached out to this company after reading a great review on Reddit. Was able to speak with a LIVE person and not asked to give any personal information. Several texts and a phone call with Scott, who was kind and thorough in explaining options for an RV loan. Appreciated he was not interested in "selling" to me but rather interested in helping me find the best loan for me. I would definitely call them again if in the market for a loan. They certainly have the customer at the forefront. Even the LIVE receptionist was a sweetheart!!

    Talia Whitfield: There is a lady who sits by the front door named Renee that just stares through your soul. She was just sitting there doing absolutely nothing with a creepy smile on her face. As I was waiting in line I thought to ask her about opening an account assuming the teller would refer me to her anyway. She was very dismissive, non engaging, and condescending . Almost as if she didnt want me to open an account. I just left after that because it was that uncomfortable. Horrible customer service.
