Jennifer Stephens: Will and Bill are truly amazing people. I needed to have jewelry piece appraised within 48 hours and they stepped up and got it done. They also looked at all the jewelry I had and told me which I didnt need to bother with an appraisal for insurance, which saved me money. It is rare these days to find honest people who are wanting to help their community! I will definitely refer family and friends to them. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
    Joey The Jeweler - Crestview
Kristy Saffo: Went for my first time to Joey the jeweler to pick up a free senior graduation necklace. Not only is it beautiful, but the friendliness of the staff was amazing! I asked about getting my engagement ring fixed since 2 other jewelers said the prongs needed to be replaced. They told me they were still good and didn’t need replacing, but he fixed a bent prong and smoothed a sharp area! When I asked when the time came how much would it be to replace, the price was much better than other jewelers quoted me! I highly recommend!!

C.H. Grey: Some years ago, an immediate relative of mine spent many thousands of dollars here. Since then, times have gotten hard (and cancer is not a cheap condition to have, either, but I digress), and he recently had to consider pawning a piece of jewelry from here only to find out the gold was fake all along. Ill omit my feelings about this so that you may inject your own.

Mary Ellen: I have wanted to shop in this store for years and finally did. Wonderful environment felt upon walking in. Greeted by Kristal and her fur baby friend. No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.
Michelles Five Dollar Glitzy Bling - Crestview
Barons Fine Jewelry & Gifts - Crestview
chad knaepple: I was in the market for a specific gift for my wife and had been on a waiting list for several years at a jewelry store in the south end of the county. I mentioned this to Barons Staff and they had the watch in the store within a few weeks. There was no sales pressure and the staff was very helpful. Barons won us over with their service!
    Cash America Pawn - Crestview
Zahavah Williams: Nathaniel, Domingo (Diego), and Katie were amazing with their service today when I bought my first laptop! I would definitely (10/10) recommend coming here and asking for any of them, if you need any help with anything. Mrs. Katie even gave me a laptop case to go with my computer today! Thank yall so much for the fantastic service!!

Helen Mitchell: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My husband bought my engagement ring here in July 2001, and the shank (bottom part of the band) split shortly less than 6 months later. We had it repaired (at a cost to us), and foolishly bought our wedding bands there also. I have since had to have my engagement ring repaired at least twice, and the second time I paid to have the shank widen at the advice of the owner. I have had to have the wedding band repaired at least as many times. When I had it repaired in September 2013, the owner actually told me that wedding bands arent meant to last forever, and that the shank was thin, so I should expect that it would break. He gave me a discount on that repair, and I only paid $40. I brought my wedding band back again today to have it repaired, and told him that I was concerned that it was repaired less than a year ago. The owner told me that he welds with 14K gold, and if the rest of the ring is made of inferior gold, it will break. I explained that the rest of the ring was 14K gold, and that we bought it from him. He again tried to claim that rings with narrow shanks will always break, and I told him that I have rings that belonged to my grandmother and great-grandmother that were just as thin, and were worn every day and never broke. I said that I was very surprised that he did not stand behind what he sold and what he repaired. He became confrontational, and basically told me that I should take my business elsewhere. Again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I have spent at least twice as much money on repairs as my husband did on the initial purchase.
