    Sharmin Rashid: The two associates were AMAZING!!! I always forget names, sadly, so I cant remember their names, but it was two women. They were so nice and made my sister feel safe and comfortable. They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in. I wish I could give them more stars and praise, because theyre just that amazing. I recommended them to my sisters friends parents already, and definitely recommend them to others.

    Jesus Diaz: Im not sure if I caught the guy on a bad day, but if you own a store and a customer wants to see an item, you should show it to them. This was the first pawn shop I entered, and they didnt even ask if I needed help, even though I was the only customer at the time. Then he asked, "Are you going to purchase this?" I thought to myself, if I dont hold it and see its condition, how would I know if I want it? Its common sense that Im interested. So, I replied, "Okay, whats the price?" I wanted to start there to see if he could negotiate, but he shocked me again like yeah lets start there to see. Can you believe that? I simply thanked him and made my exit, as I refuse to lower myself to that kind of behavior.

    Adelle Weaver: I booked an appointment with Sid. I’d come for a piercing before but this was my first tattoo. Sid was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional! My last tattoo experience (not with minks) lead to a tattoo infection. I was obviously paranoid of it happening again and Sid was informal. His aftercare was much better and the tattoo healed up great! Clean shop and nice people. Thanks Minks!

    Iris Toro: Line are horrendous, long wait only 2 cashiers, customers walking out and not buy anything. I almost walked out myself if it wasn’t for a gift I had to buy. Very nice Spanish cashier with red hair I believe she was Cuban ….and apologized for the lengthy wait on line. The selections are minimal and lack in stock. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store. step it up Vero Beach. !!
