Ive been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that Ive decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.

I was instantly greeted & told he could have the repair done in 15-20 minutes! When I returned in 20 minutes, my ring was fixed, fit perfectly & looked like new! Gio Jewelry will definitely be my go to place for any future jewelry repairs! The price was also very reasonable!

Rita I: Such a great experience getting our first permanent bracelets at Summie! It’s located in a business office inside this salon suite located next to Tacos & tequila. We made appointments the day before which allows a 30 minute time frame for 2 people. My fiancé and I got a gold filled and a gold bracelet with 2 charms each. It ended up being about $350 for both its a bit pricey but we hope they will last a while. Sarah was the person who helped us with our bracelets, she was very friendly and professional! They provide instructions at the end on how to care for your jewelry and if it ever breaks off (within one year), you can bring it back and they will reconnect it at no charge, as long as it doesn’t get lost of course. I loved how many different chain options they provided, from silver, gold filled, 14k gold, a lot of different charms were available as well that were also silver, gold filled and even some 14k gold charms. They also have so different accessories like earrings, and hair clips for purchase. A lot of parking available in the plaza and they have some restrooms in the building as well if needed with vending machines. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment before going because it’s a small area and that way you have plenty of time to make a decision. I will definitely be back and bring some friends and family!

When a bracelet fit wasn’t quite right, the owner sent it to the maker in Italy and had it expanded so it is perfect - without charging me more. It’s a special shop, I hope you enjoy it.

John and Aaron worked together and used the diamonds from the original setting to create this most stunning piece to be paired with my band. They credit me for the original gold that was melted down. This credit was applied to the overall cost in which I was quoted, and agreed to, at the very start. Also, I was given back any unused original diamonds, no matter how small or if ever used again. All diamonds were counted at the start and accounted for in the end. I would HIGHLY recommend them to update (rework) a piece of any kind for anyone. Wonderful, extremely talented, and 100% trustworthy to work with, from start to finish—could not have asked or wanted for more. Beyond thrilled with my new GORGEOUS set!!!! HUGE thanks to John and Aaron!!!!
